Those other guys!

Frankenploid

Reploid built by Void. Constructed out of various parts of the CIA, Frank has all of their powers and abilities, as well as a dash of Zero to prevent him from staying dead. Although he was supposed to be the team's butler, he quickly rebelled and became an enemy, eventually forming an alliance with Anti-Majin. During the final showdown between the CIA and Anti's forces, Frank was defeated, although his current status is unknown.

Frankenploid first appeared in Series 1, Epilogue #6 "Frankenploid".

Anti-Majin

Anti version of Majin. A dark and powerful super villain, Anti-Majin loves to perform trivial evil-doing every day. He despises Majin because the two are the exact opposite of one another, which means he is not nice, not friendly, and most definitely not a drunk. Both Anti and Majin are actually brothers, coming from an alternate world appropriately named Majin World. After teaming up with several other villains with himself as the leading mastermind, Anti was finally defeated at the hands of his own brother at the end of Series 3.

Anti-Majin first appeared in Series 1, Epilogue #10 "This Ain't DBZ!".

Ryouga Hibiki

Martial artist. With no sense of direction, Ryouga is always getting lost, usually ending up in the wrong place at the right time. One of his greatest "enemies" is a guy named Ranma Saotome, who he thinks has ruined his life by giving him a curse which causes him to turn into a pig when splashed with cold water. It was because of all these problems combined that he met Anti-Majin one day, who promised to cure of all that ailed him. He was eventually captured and locked up on the CIA base until Yuber busted both him and Trump out to cause more trouble.

Ryouga first appeared in Series 2, Epilogue #19 "Dark Time".

Bill Gates

President of Microsoft. Bill Gates wants to turn Microsoft into a mighty empire for who-knows-what reason, and somehow has many different casts of characters under his control as either servants or as hostages. He also builds many things, which always, ALWAYS break down. He also unleashes mosquitoes on people.

You know what? Let's just say he's freakin' weird and leave it at that.

Bill Gates first appeared in Series 2, Epilogue #24 "Dissed in the Digital World (part 4)".

Yuber

Demon in disguise. Yuber is instinctively drawn towards chaos and destruction, assisting to further a crisis whenever he is needed. All he cares about is getting the desired results and proving his power in battle. Usually calm, sometimes even arrogant, Yuber is quick to lose his patience once a battle is no longer in his favor, and is known to disappear once he knows the opportunity for destruction is over. Originally summoned by Anti-Majin to destroy the CIA, the team made a deal with him so he would go away. Instead he attempted to amass a powerful army to cause as much destruction as possible, which caused the CIA to team up with a man named Pesmerga to finally bring him down.

Yuber first appeared in Series 3, Epilogue #29 "Enter the Assassin".

Nega

Female Zero. Created by Serges to help the X-Hunters, Nega quickly grew tired of the way they treated her and realized she was far superior than them. Eventually she met Yuber and joined him for power, before encountering the CIA and having a change of heart. Unfortunately, however, she was forced to fight against her will thanks to Yuber, which lead to her inevitable destruction by the CIA.

Nega first appeared in the Specials Epilogue "Negated"

Misery

Servant of the Demon Crown. Misery is a witch who played a pivotal role in the creation of the Demon Crown. Due to this, she has become cursed to follow the orders of all who wear it. Despite being more or less at the same level as Balrog, Misery tends to ditch him quite often and even takes credit for work that he did. Nonetheless, she is a powerful witch who knows a wide variety of dangerous and useful spells. Now that the New X-Hunters are no more along with the crown, her services are no longer required.

Misery first appeared in Series 4, Epilogue #40 "New and Improved".

Balrog

Servant of the Demon Crown. Balrog's exact origins is unknown. No one knows exactly what he is. Some say he is a lunchbox, others a television, others a microwave. The list goes on and on. What is known is that he is one of the two servants tied to the Demon Crown, the other being Misery. This means that Balrog is forced to follow all orders to the bearer of the crown with little say on the matter. Since he lacks Misery's brains, he is sometimes treated as a punching bag and is left to do most of the dirty work, much to his dismay. He always shouts out "Huzzah!" right before appearing. Now that the crown is gone, Balrog is no longer in the New X-Hunters.

Balrog first appeared in Series 4, Epilogue #40 "New and Improved".
